SILOTOP® polyTUBE™ is a specialised compact silo venting filter designed for application in concrete batching plants. The innovative polyTUBE™ technology offers maximum filtration performance with minimum energy consumption.

Description

SILOTOP® polyTUBE™ venting filter is made of stainless-steel housing contains vertically mounted polyTUBE™ filter elements.
polyTUBE™ filtration technology ensures high filtration efficiency thanks to ZERO™ nano-fibre media and open-profile tubular cell structure for reduced dust residue and high performance over time.

Function

The SILOTOP® polyTUBE™ venting filter is designed to work in applications with discontinuous operation.
The venting filter must let air pass through but retain dust, and this mechanism must last as long as possible.
The dust that is separated from the air flow through the polyTUBE™ filter elements is recovered in the silo thanks to the integrated automatic cleaning system that is controlled by a proper control unit (FILMEC™) and operates both during and at the end of filter operation to keep it efficient over time.

  • High filtration efficiency due to polyTUBE™ filtering elements (performs 4 times more efficiently than conventional filter elements)
  • High performance pulse mechanical cleaning with energy distribution plate
  • Low dust emission level thanks to ZERO™ filter media
  • Low energy consumption with 3 times lower noise level than air pulse-jet cleaning
  • Fully automated function management and control by USB recording or MODBUS monitoring thanks to FILMEC™ Electronic Controller
