WAMGROUP, world leader and innovator in bulk material handling technology, is looking, for its Croatian trading subsidiary, for:
 
One ASSISTANT IN SALES DEPARTMENT

The position prepares for a career in Sales and requires the following tasks and responsibilities to be carried out:
  • Preparing offers and in general taking care of clients’ inquiries and requests
  • Management of clients’ orders, from order reception to shipment, in coordination with intercompany and external suppliers
  • Administrative tasks (control of incoming invoices, monitoring client’s payments)
  • Preparation of sales and shipping documentation (invoices, shipping documents, etc.)
 
The following characteristics/skills are requested:
  • Capability to manage diverse tasks and organize work independently
  • Sense of initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Inclination to work in the field of industrial machinery
  • Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS software; experience with ERP systems a plus
